Vaco’s client is seeking a Dynamics 365 Implementation Consultant to support enterprise platform implementations and enhancements across the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem. This role will partner with business and technology stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize Dynamics 365 solutions including Finance & Operations (F&O), Customer Engagement (CE), and Business Central (BC).
Responsibilities
- Lead and support Dynamics 365 implementations and system enhancements
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions
- Configure and customize D365 modules across F&O, CE, or Business Central
- Support system integrations, data migrations, and platform architecture
- Partner with business teams to optimize ERP and CRM business processes
- Assist with testing, UAT coordination, and production deployments
- Provide documentation, training, and post-implementation support
- Recommend best practices and platform improvements within the Microsoft ecosystem
Qualifications
- Experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O, CE, or Business Central)
- Strong understanding of ERP and CRM processes
- Experience supporting full lifecycle implementations
- Familiarity with data migration, integrations, and system configuration
- Ability to work with both technical teams and business stakeholders
- Experience with Power Platform, Azure, or other Microsoft technologies is a plus
