Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Digital Content Author to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on creating and managing engaging digital content, primarily for e-commerce platforms, in a highly regulated environment.

Responsibilities

Create, edit, and publish structured digital content using a headless CMS.
Ensure all content complies with brand guidelines and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches and promotional updates.
Optimize content for user experience and conversion across key e-commerce touchpoints.
Manage content approval workflows while advocating for business needs.

Skills

Hands-on experience with headless CMS platforms, preferably Strapi.
Strong understanding of e-commerce content management and optimization.
Exceptional attention to detail and a quality assurance mindset.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

Experience with SEO best practices for e-commerce.
Familiarity with digital asset management systems.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
