Description THE ROLE
You'll be the design specialist behind day-to-day creative output that helps a leading organization communicate with clarity and confidence. Working at the intersection of brand, marketing, and operational delivery, you'll translate briefs into design that is accurate, accessible, and aligned to brand and regulatory needs. We're looking for someone who can deliver to deadlines, partner well with stakeholders, and improve work through smart iterations. Success means reliable, polished design delivery, fewer reworks, and design that performs across channels.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design on-brand creative across email, digital (including social), and print, ensuring quality, consistency, and speed to market
- Create assets for campaigns and always-on communications (e.g., social, display banners, email, landing pages, web modules, internal comms, presentations) that meet the brief and channel requirements
- Build and adapt templates and toolkits that help teams scale consistent design
- Apply brand guidelines while evolving layouts and visual approaches within approved parameters
- Prepare files for delivery across channels, including deployment-ready emails and print production support where needed
- Partner with copywriters, creative leads, marketers, and compliance/legal stakeholders to deliver accurate, approved work
- Manage multiple projects at once, keeping work organized, version-controlled, and deadline-focused
- Contribute to creative reviews, bringing clear rationale and options that improve outcomes
- Deliver work that is accessibility-aware (e.g., contrast, hierarchy, legibility) and fit for a regulated environment
Requirements - A portfolio demonstrating strong graphic design craft across digital-first work, with clear layout and typography
- Professional proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Working knowledge of Figma
- Experience designing for multiple channels and formats, with confidence adapting assets and resizing efficiently
- Strong attention to detail, including file hygiene, consistency, and accuracy
- Ability to interpret briefs, ask the right questions, and translate feedback into improved work
- Comfort working with multiple stakeholders, including review and approval processes
- Understanding of brand systems and how to apply guidelines consistently
- Qualifications: Formal degrees are welcome but not required. Equivalent experience counts. Experience can be gained through work, study, volunteering, or self-directed learning.
