Title :: SuccessFactors EC Functional Consultant
Location :: Remote
Must-Have:
· Proven experience leading multi module SuccessFactors implementations, especially EC with cross module dependencies (Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, Talent, PMGM).
· Expertise in EC–S/4-ECP integration (Point-to-point, API based integrations, BIB mappings, replication monitoring).
· Strong competency in EC core to handle roll out projects.
· Hands-on experience defining and governing MDF-based extensibility frameworks, including Object Relationships, Propagation, Object Permissions, UI Rules & Configurations.
· Deep understanding of Intelligent Services & Workflow Derivation for end to end event-driven automation.
· Ability to lead Cutover Strategy, Data Migration (PA/OM to EC), Data Load Validation & Reconciliation using Import Tools and Templates.
· Strong experience coordinating Provisioning tasks, including system setup, feature enablements, and XML-level configurations.
· Provide leadership for Release Management across bi annual SF upgrades including impact analysis, regression testing strategy & enablement of new features.
· Expertise in EC APIs, OData services, and integration patterns used in middleware platforms like CPI/BOOMI/PI.
· Proficient in conducting EC Health Checks, RBP Audits, data integrity checks, and performance troubleshooting.
· Capability to drive Solution Architecture discussions, process re-engineering, and best practice adoption across HR transformations.
Good-to-Have:
· Certifications in additional SF modules such as RCM, ONB2.0, Compensation, PMGM, or LMS.
· Experience working with Story Reports and Workforce Analytics dashboards.
· Familiarity with SAP HCM on premise structures, Org Management, and Payroll for mapping legacy-to-EC conversions.
· Exposure to SuccessFactors Mobile configurations, theming, and role-based UI customization.
· Experience in SAP BTP, building extensions/UI5 apps that integrate with EC.
· Knowledge of Compensation, metadata-based benefits configuration, and enrollment automation.
