Description
We are looking for an experienced SAP Business Systems Manager to join our dynamic team in West Chester, Ohio. This role will focus on enhancing ERP system functionality, providing user support, and driving process improvements within a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a proven track record in SAP project management.
Responsibilities:
Manage the daily support and project activities related to SAP operations within the manufacturing environment.
Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to develop and analyze new SAP functionalities.
Provide training and troubleshooting support to operational users for system processes and best practices.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards in a product development and R& D-heavy environment.
Lead ERP integration projects to optimize system performance and align with business objectives.
Serve as the primary contact for SAP S/4 operational activities, ensuring seamless functionality.
Work onsite at the West Chester office from Tuesday to Thursday, with occasional visits to the Evendale location.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance system efficiency and user experience.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address system issues and deliver timely solutions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP operations within a manufacturing or construction setting.
Expertise in SAP modules such as MM, SD, PP, and PM.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service and user support.
Experience in a regulated environment with significant product development and R& D.
Project management experience, with a focus on ERP system integration.
Availability to work onsite Tuesday through Thursday and remotely on Monday and Friday.
