ERP/CRM Consultant

Description

We are looking for an experienced ERP/CRM Consultant to join our team in Mequon, Wisconsin. This Contract to permanent position offers a unique opportunity to oversee the implementation of Workday across multiple departments, ensuring seamless coordination and collaboration. Responsibilities:
Act as the primary Project Manager for the Workday implementation, overseeing all phases of the project.
Coordinate efforts across HR, IT, Finance, and the Registrar's Office to ensure alignment and progress.
Manage project timelines, milestones, and dependencies to meet established goals.
Collaborate with external Workday implementation partners and internal teams for a successful rollout.
Provide functional oversight while supporting technical teams in their detailed work.
Ensure all project management activities are executed effectively using appropriate tools and methodologies.
Track and report on project progress, addressing risks or challenges proactively.
Foster cross-functional collaboration by facilitating communication and coordination among departments.
Maintain a structured approach to managing long-term, complex implementation projects.
Uphold high standards of organization and communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience with Workday, including modules such as Student, HR, and Finance.
Proven track record as a Workday Project Manager or active participation in Workday implementation teams.
Strong project management skills, including expertise in managing large-scale implementations.
Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments, including HR, IT, Finance, and the Registrar's Office.
Exceptional organizational and communication skills to ensure smooth project execution.
Familiarity with project management tools to monitor work and progress.
Knowledge of client-side scripting, API development, and configuration management is a plus.
Experience with Salesforce development and Workday integrations is highly desirable.
