Description
We are seeking experienced contract LIS analysts to support several laboratory initiatives. These roles require advanced-level resources who can work independently and integrate quickly into an active project environment.
We are requesting full-time contract support for approximately six months, with candidates able to start as soon as onboarding can be completed.
All candidates must have a strong understanding of laboratory workflows, LIS responsibilities, and CAP regulatory requirements associated with laboratory systems.
Resources must also be comfortable working independently within the environment and collaborating directly with vendors, including supporting third-party laboratory applications and integrations involving both software systems and laboratory instrumentation.
We are requesting candidates with the following skill sets:
Data Innovations / Instrument Manager (2 resources)
Strong experience with Data Innovations Instrument Manager
Experience configuring and supporting instrument integrations and middleware
One or both resources should be Epic Beaker CP certified
Beaker AP certification is a plus
Clinical Pathology (CP) Analyst (1 resource)
Strong experience across all CP workflows
Familiar with chemistry, hematology, microbiology, and point-of-care testing
Experience supporting instrument integrations and laboratory automation
Experience with Data Innovations Instrument Manager is a plus
Anatomic Pathology (AP) Analyst (1 resource)
Highly skilled in AP workflows and LIS configuration
Experience supporting pathology operations within the LIS
Ability to support both CP and AP workflows is preferred
Experience with Data Innovations Instrument Manager is a plus
For all roles we are seeking analysts who:
Have strong LIS implementation and support experience
Understand laboratory operational workflows
Are familiar with CAP compliance expectations for LIS systems
Have experience supporting third-party laboratory applications and vendor integrations
Can work independently with minimal oversight

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $85.00 - $95.00/hr.
