About the OpportunityA leading construction and technology integrator is seeking a
reliable, hands-on Telecom Superintendent to support major data center projects in the Fayetteville region. This position is
70% field / 30% administrative and requires a
local candidate. This is a strong opportunity for professionals looking to grow within the data center industry.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage telecom crews ranging from 11-25 technicians
- Conduct toolbox talks and effective whiteboard planning meetings
- Maintain accurate crew timesheets
- Prepare daily reports, logs, and schedule updates
- Maintain a safety-first and productivity-focused work environment
- Oversee and maintain company equipment with a "company-first" mindset
- Collaborate with technicians, PMs, and leadership staff
- Support multiple technical scopes including:
- Fire Alarm
- Telecom
- Security
- Electrical
Required Experience & Qualifications- 5-7 years leading telecom/DAS crews or project teams
- Foreman/Journeyman-level capabilities
- Strong experience with field reporting, logs, and scheduling
- Proficient in cabling-related tasks:
- Cable installation
- CAT5
- Punchdowns
- Entry-level leadership and communication training
- Must be able to pass a drug test
