Minimum 5 years of experience analyzing business objectives, identifying business problems, and recommending alternative solutions.

Minimum 5 years of experience reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating user requirements, operational procedures, and business processes to automate workflows and improve existing systems.

Minimum 5 years of experience gathering and documenting detailed business and functional requirements, including user needs, program functions, and system modifications.

Minimum 5 years of experience performing cost-benefit analysis and evaluating system alternatives.

Minimum 5 years of experience analyzing and documenting input/output requirements, data flows, reporting formats, and data processing needs.

Minimum 5 years of experience using Azure DevOps for requirements management, backlog tracking, and project collaboration.

Experience creating wireframes, process flows, and business documentation.

Strong analytical thinking, logical reasoning, and problem-solving capabilities.
