ROLE SUMMARY
We are seeking an SAP Materials Management Analyst to support and enhance SAP MM functionality across the organization. This role plays a key part in ensuring SAP processes are stable, well-documented, and aligned with business needs.
The analyst will provide hands-on user support, perform system configuration, coordinate testing, and partner with business users to analyze, document, and improve end-to-end processes while adhering to established change management standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for SAP MM processes and applications
• Configure and maintain SAP MM functionality in alignment with business requirements and best practices
• Analyze and document end-to-end business process flows and maintain process documentation
• Coordinate and participate in system integration, performance, and user acceptance testing
• Create and maintain clear, detailed functional specification documents
• Facilitate the movement of approved changes through the SAP system landscape following change management procedures
• Support SAP training efforts as new functionality is introduced or new locations are brought live
• Assist with projects of varying size and scope, supporting timelines and deliverables as needed
KEY REQUIREMENTS
• 2–4 years of experience supporting SAP MM or working in a SAP functional analyst role
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• Hands-on experience with SAP configuration, testing, and documentation
• Strong understanding of business process analysis and SAP best practices
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional business and IT stakeholders
• Relevant certifications such as Certified Business Analyst Professional or similar credentials are a plus
• Clear communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into functional solutions
