Summary

Job Description

Client is seeking a Mid-Level SAP MM Consultant to support ongoing SAP initiatives . The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SAP Materials Management (MM), procurement processes, inventory management, and integration with other SAP modules. This role requires hands-on configuration experience, business process understanding, and the ability to work directly with business stakeholders in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and support SAP MM processes, including:

Procurement
Purchasing
Inventory Management
Vendor Management
Goods Receipt and Invoice Verification

Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Perform SAP MM configuration, testing, and documentation.
Support enhancements, issue resolution, and production support activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SAP SD, WM/EWM, PP, and FI.
Participate in system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities.
Analyze business processes and recommend improvements and best practices.
Provide end-user training and knowledge transfer when required.

Required Qualifications

5–8 years of SAP MM consulting experience.
Strong hands-on experience with SAP MM configuration and support.
Experience with:

Purchasing
Inventory Management
Procurement Lifecycle
Material Master and Vendor Master Data
Release Strategies
Pricing Procedures

Experience integrating SAP MM with FI, SD, and other SAP modules.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in manufacturing or chemical industry environments.
Exposure to SAP S/4HANA implementations or support projects.
SAP MM certification is a plus.
Experience with SAP Fiori and reporting tools is desirable.
