Major Responsibilities (Accountabilities)

1) Program Leadership & Delivery

·       Own the integrated plan to deliver a large scale MDM program in 10 months, balancing scope, timeline, risk, and value; manage stage gates, financials, and resource capacity (internal + partners).

·       Lead the cross‑functional program team and stake holders across different time zones

·       Establish and run weekly program reviews, release planning, dependency management, and change control; maintain RAID and decision logs with clear owners and due dates.

·       Drive SDLC: requirements, design, configuration, test strategy (SIT/UAT), test execution/defect triage, cutover rehearsal, go‑live readiness, and hypercare operations.

2) Governance, Data Quality & Controls

·       Ensure adherence to the MDM operating model: RACI, business glossary, and reference data standards.

·       Implement data quality rules & automated scorecards; design triage, root cause, and continuous‑improvement loops with operational owners.

·       Ensure access, segregation of duties, and auditability (SOX/GxP where applicable); coordinate with InfoSec/Privacy/Quality to meet policy and regulatory requirements.

3) Stakeholder Management & Steering Committee

·       Own Steering Committee (SteerCo) planning and facilitation: charter, agenda, pre‑reads, options/impacts, investment & benefits tracking, and decision capture.

·       Provide executive‑level updates: status, risks, financial burn vs. value, adoption & quality metrics, and change impacts—translating complex topics into business outcomes.

·       Align regional leaders (Americas/EMEA/APAC), site operations, commercial, finance, and IT; resolve escalations and trade‑offs quickly and transparently.

·       Executive dashboards published weekly during critical phases; accuracy ≥ 99%.

4) Change, Training & Adoption for 2,000+ Users

·       Deliver a global change & communications plan working with Change Management Expert and super users with targeted training

·       Right‑First‑Time (RFT) master data creation ≥ 95%

·       Issue resolution SLA: ≥ 90% of P1/P2 data issues resolved within agreed SLAs during hypercare.

·       Zero severity‑1 production incidents attributable to MDM configuration during hypercare.
