Job Title: UKG Kronos Consultant

Location : Beachwood OH 44122 (100% Onsite)

Duration : 12 months

Job Summary: The UKG Kronos Consultant will provide hands-on expertise in UKG Pro Workforce Management Dimensions to support design configuration implementation and ongoing optimization of workforce management solutions. The role involves close client interaction troubleshooting integrations and delivering scalable solutions while working primarily onsite with flexibility for exceptional profiles.

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:

3 10 years of hands-on experience as a Kronos Consultant with strong focus on UKG Pro Workforce Management Dimensions

Experience configuring Kronos for Timekeeping Scheduling Accruals Attendance Activities and Attestation

Experience setting up Kronos Clock Terminals and troubleshooting

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with client interaction experience

Ability to diagnose troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Kronos and integrations

Maintain Business Structure setup and troubleshoot Intouch Devices

Proficient in setting up Manager Access requests

Knowledge of Employee Groups Labor Category Profiles Labor Category Entry lists and Organizational Sets

Experience configuring new person records and understanding Function Access Profiles

Monitor daily weekly and biweekly interface jobs for accuracy and timeliness

Perform troubleshooting using hyper-find queries genies and reports

Monitor Transaction Assistant daily and resolve issues

Provide training and documentation to end users

Good to Have Skills:

Boomi certification or UKG-specific certifications

Experience in SQL Programming Knowledge

Experience in Agile Methodology

Roles & Responsibilities:

Perform hands-on technical design IRD IDD preparation prototyping proof-of-concepts and development for Kronos UKG implementations

Ensure solutions are scalable and meet business requirements while identifying and documenting technical gaps

Conduct code reviews with Technical Leads to ensure alignment with customer requirements

Coordinate with onshore and offshore teams manage task assignments and own deliverables

Track tasks deliverables risks and issues and report status to management

Monitor and drive issues to resolution

Participate in validation testing and release activities

Document design and code consistently and deliver demos and presentations to clients and peers
