Job Title: Technical Implementation Specialist - Microsoft Intune / MDM

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Implementation Specialist with expertise in Microsoft Intune, Mobile Device Management (MDM), and enterprise endpoint management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting secure device management solutions using Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, configure, implement, and support Microsoft Intune and enterprise MDM solutions.

• Configure device enrollment, compliance policies, Conditional Access, application deployment, and security baselines.

• Integrate Apple Business Manager, Apple Automated Device Enrollment (ADE/DEP), and Android Enterprise.

• Support MDM migration initiatives, device provisioning, and endpoint management modernization.

• Troubleshoot device enrollment, synchronization, compliance, and policy-related issues.

• Implement endpoint security practices aligned with organizational and industry security standards.

• Develop technical documentation, implementation recommendations, and operational procedures.

• Collaborate with IT teams to streamline device deployment and management processes.

• Provide knowledge transfer and technical guidance to internal support teams.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management.

• Hands-on experience implementing enterprise Mobile Device Management solutions.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory).

• Experience with Apple Business Manager and Apple DEP/ADE.

• Proficiency in configuring Conditional Access, compliance policies, and device security policies.

• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and endpoint security best practices.

• Experience with device enrollment, application deployment, and policy management.

• Ability to troubleshoot device enrollment, synchronization, and compliance issues.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience creating technical documentation and providing knowledge transfer.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting state government or public sector IT environments.

• Experience migrating from Meraki or other MDM platforms to Microsoft Intune.

• Familiarity with Windows Autopilot and endpoint provisioning.

• Knowledge of STIG, CIS, or other security compliance standards.

• Microsoft certifications in Intune, Azure, or Endpoint Management.

• Experience integrating MDM solutions with ticketing or asset management systems.

• Knowledge of PowerShell scripting and automation.
