We are seeking an experienced Manager-level Endpoint Engineer to support our client''s recovery efforts following a cyber event. This is a hands-on, high-impact role requiring deep technical expertise across enterprise endpoint management platforms combined with the leadership presence to drive remediation at pace.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead endpoint recovery and re-imaging efforts across Windows and macOS environments in the wake of a cyber incident
• Manage and configure SCCM/MECM deployments, including software distribution, patch management, and OSD task sequences
• Administer Microsoft Intune policies for device compliance, conditional access, and MDM/MAM enrollment
• Support JAMF Pro administration for macOS and iOS device management, including policy enforcement and recovery workflows
• Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to restore endpoint health, enforce hardened baselines, and validate device posture
Required Qualifications
• Hands-on proficiency with SCCM/MECM, Microsoft Intune, and JAMF Pro
• Demonstrated experience operating in incident response or cyber recovery environments
• Strong understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems, Active Directory, and Azure AD/Entra ID
• Proven ability to lead workstreams and communicate effectively with both technical teams and client stakeholders
