The company is seeking a proactive and experienced Project Manager to drive mission-critical initiatives across PLM, SAP migration, and Bill of Materials (BOM) processes.
Role Overview
The Project Manager will lead cross-functional teams through all phases of enterprise migration and integration projects—specifically those related to PLM systems, SAP implementations, and BOM data management. This role requires a strong communicator who can partner seamlessly with senior leadership, engineering, IT, and manufacturing operations teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end project execution for PLM, SAP migration, and BOM data initiatives.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and status reports.
- Collaborate with CXO-level stakeholders to define project goals, milestones, and success metrics.
- Align project scope, timelines, and deliverables across business units and technical teams.
- Oversee data migration, testing, validation, and release coordination between PLM and SAP systems.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
- Foster strong partnerships across engineering, IT, and supply chain functions to ensure smooth process alignment.
- Support change management, training plans, and communication strategies during system transitions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
- 7+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing or engineering-driven organization.
- Hands-on experience with *PLM systems (e.g., Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Windchill, Dassault ENOVIA)* and *SAP migration projects* preferred.
- Working knowledge of *Bill of Materials (BOM)* structure and configuration management.
- Proven track record managing enterprise-scale technical projects with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills — comfortable engaging at CXO level.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred but not required.
