Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to develop workplans and delivery milestones.

- Develop and deliver role-based training materials and process guides.
- Plan and support parallel run strategy and manage go-live execution.
Qualifications
- 10 years of experience in treasury functions and large-scale systems implementations.
- Experience with process design and operational control frameworks.
- Strong understanding of risk management concepts and governance practices.
- Proven leadership and communication skills in high-pressure environments.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in Finance, Risk, or Business preferred.
