About the RoleWe are seeking a highly experienced Engineering Consultant to help drive strategic initiatives and solve complex technical and business challenges across engineering organizations. In this role, you will partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions, influence long-term strategy, and deliver scalable outcomes that support organizational objectives.
The ideal candidate combines deep engineering expertise with strong analytical thinking, strategic problem-solving skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Responsibilities- Provide expert consultation on complex engineering, technical, and business initiatives.
- Partner with senior leadership to define strategies and drive execution of high-impact engineering programs.
- Analyze highly complex challenges spanning multiple disciplines and develop innovative, scalable solutions.
- Influence decision-making through data-driven insights, strategic recommendations, and technical expertise.
- Lead the evaluation of emerging technologies, processes, and methodologies to improve business outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align engineering efforts with organizational goals.
- Develop long-term solutions that address current and future business needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders while serving as a trusted advisor.
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7+ years of engineering, consulting, or related technical experience.
- Experience leading complex projects and driving strategic initiatives across multiple teams.
- Experience solving large-scale technical and business challenges using analytical and innovative approaches.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience working in large enterprise environments.
- Demonstrated ability to influence technical strategy and organizational decision-making.
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and systems-thinking capabilities.
