Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid - 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Forward Deployed Agentic AI Senior Lead to drive the deployment and adoption of next-generation AI solutions across enterprise operations. In this role, you will operate at the intersection of product management, AI engineering, process transformation, and business strategy, partnering closely with stakeholders to embed agentic AI capabilities into critical operational workflows.

You will lead the delivery of large-scale AI initiatives, translating complex business processes into intelligent, scalable, and production-ready agentic systems that create measurable business value. This role requires deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), AI workflow orchestration, product leadership, and enterprise transformation within highly regulated environments.
What You'll Do
Deploy Agentic AI Solutions at Scale
  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of agentic AI products across operational business functions.
  • Partner with business, operations, and engineering teams to move AI solutions from concept through production deployment.
  • Embed autonomous and semi-autonomous AI agents into enterprise workflows to improve efficiency, decision-making, and operational resilience.
  • Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for scalability, governance, security, and compliance.
Drive Process Intelligence and Business Transformation
  • Conduct discovery sessions with stakeholders to identify AI and automation opportunities.
  • Analyze process documentation, operating procedures, workflow diagrams, process mining outputs, and related artifacts to uncover transformation opportunities.
  • Translate business processes into intelligent agentic workflows and implementation roadmaps.
  • Define success metrics, performance indicators, and value realization frameworks.
  • Build business cases and ROI models that demonstrate measurable impact.
Design Intelligent Agentic Systems
  • Architect and implement agentic AI workflows capable of reasoning, planning, tool usage, and task execution.
  • Integrate LLMs with enterprise applications, APIs, and data sources using MCP (Model Context Protocol) and related integration frameworks.
  • Develop reusable agent patterns and workflow components for banking and operational use cases.
  • Enable advanced AI capabilities including orchestration, function calling, structured outputs, and multi-agent coordination.
Apply Deep Expertise in Generative AI and LLMs
  • Design and optimize solutions leveraging platforms such as:
    • Claude (Anthropic)
    • Gemini (Google)
    • GPT (OpenAI)
  • Develop prompt architectures, reasoning frameworks, and contextual grounding strategies.
  • Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and knowledge-driven workflows.
  • Evaluate model performance, reliability, risk, and enterprise readiness.
  • Champion responsible AI practices and governance standards.
Lead Product Strategy and Delivery
  • Own the complete product lifecycle from vision and discovery through deployment and optimization.
  • Convert business requirements into product roadmaps, technical specifications, and execution plans.
  • Drive prioritization, backlog management, and iterative delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, architecture, security, risk, and compliance teams.
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise technology strategy and operational objectives.
Build Reusable AI Capabilities
  • Establish and maintain an enterprise-wide Agentic Skills Library consisting of reusable:
    • AI agents
    • Prompt frameworks
    • Workflow components
    • Tool integration patterns
    • Orchestration blueprints
  • Create standards for governance, versioning, lifecycle management, and reuse.
  • Promote a "build once, scale everywhere" approach across AI initiatives.
Enable Organizational Adoption
  • Develop frameworks that transform process artifacts into AI-ready workflows.
  • Create documentation, standards, and best practices that accelerate adoption.
  • Drive AI literacy and capability development across business and technology teams.
  • Establish operating models that enable sustainable and scalable AI deployment across the enterprise.
Partner Across Functions
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across operations, technology, product, risk, and compliance.
  • Facilitate alignment among cross-functional stakeholders to drive successful delivery.
  • Influence enterprise AI strategy and operational transformation initiatives.
  • Lead large-scale programs with broad organizational impact.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in strategy, planning, product management, AI deployment, consulting, or related disciplines.
  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with significant business impact.
  • Hands-on experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, or comparable platforms.
  • Experience deploying AI solutions into production environments.
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience building and deploying agentic AI systems and multi-agent workflows.
  • Knowledge of MCP tools, tool-augmented LLM architectures, function calling, and orchestration frameworks.
  • Experience with RAG implementations and enterprise knowledge systems.
  • Background in forward deployed engineering, technology consulting, AI product management, or enterprise transformation.
  • Understanding of process excellence, automation, process mining, BPM, or operational transformation programs.
  • Experience building reusable AI platforms, frameworks, or enterprise-scale automation capabilities.
  • Knowledge of banking, financial services, operational risk, compliance, or regulatory environments.
  • Demonstrated success delivering enterprise-scale AI programs from concept through production adoption.
