  • Embed AI agents into critical business workflows to improve automation, decision-making, and productivity.
  • Partner closely with business, operations, engineering, and AI teams to move solutions from concept to production.
  • Ensure deployments meet enterprise standards for scalability, security, governance, and compliance.
Analyze Business Processes and Identify Opportunities
  • Facilitate discovery workshops with business and operational stakeholders.
  • Evaluate workflows, SOPs, process documentation, and operational artifacts to identify AI-driven transformation opportunities.
  • Translate complex operational processes into scalable agentic workflows and solution designs.
  • Define success metrics and quantify business impact through ROI models and value realization frameworks.
Design Intelligent Agentic Solutions
  • Build and deploy AI agents that perform reasoning, task execution, workflow orchestration, and decision support.
  • Integrate LLMs with enterprise systems, APIs, and data sources using Model Context Protocol (MCP) tools or similar frameworks.
  • Develop reusable AI workflows, prompt architectures, orchestration patterns, and automation blueprints.
  • Create scalable solutions for operational use cases such as case management, reconciliation, compliance validation, and workflow automation.
Lead Product Strategy and Execution
  • Own the product lifecycle from ideation and discovery through deployment and continuous improvement.
  • Translate business requirements into product roadmaps, technical requirements, and execution plans.
  • Manage feature prioritization, product backlogs, and iterative delivery processes.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure secure and scalable implementations.
Build Reusable AI Capabilities
  • Develop and maintain a library of reusable agentic skills, workflows, prompt templates, and automation components.
  • Establish standards for governance, version control, monitoring, and lifecycle management of AI capabilities.
  • Promote a "build once, reuse everywhere" approach to accelerate enterprise AI adoption.
Enable Organizational AI Adoption
  • Develop frameworks, best practices, and standards for scalable AI implementation.
  • Provide training, documentation, and guidance to support AI literacy and adoption.
  • Help establish operating models that enable enterprise-wide deployment of agentic AI solutions.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Strategy, Consulting, AI Solutions, or related disciplines.
  • Experience deploying AI or automation solutions in real-world business environments.
  • Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), agentic systems, prompt engineering, and workflow orchestration.
  • Experience translating business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives involving business, technology, and operations teams.
  • Experience evaluating business value, defining KPIs, and building ROI models.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with LLM platforms such as:
    • Google Gemini
    • OpenAI GPT
    • Anthropic Claude
  • Experience with:
    • Agentic AI architectures
    • Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
    • Function calling and tool-augmented AI workflows
    • MCP (Model Context Protocol) integrations or similar frameworks
  • Knowledge of process mining, workflow automation, BPM, or operational excellence methodologies.
  • Experience building reusable AI frameworks, platforms, or enterprise automation solutions.
  • Understanding of banking, financial services, risk management, compliance, and operational controls.
  • Consulting, forward-deployed engineering, or enterprise transformation experience preferred.
Key Success Factors
  • Strong product ownership and execution mindset.
  • Ability to bridge business strategy and technical implementation.
  • Expertise in deploying AI solutions that produce measurable operational outcomes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Proven success delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives in highly regulated environments.

This position is ideal for a product leader who can combine AI innovation, technical depth, and business acumen to accelerate enterprise transformation through agentic AI.
