  • Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for scalability, security, governance, and reliability.
Drive Discovery and Business Transformation
  • Facilitate discovery workshops with business and operations leaders to identify high-impact AI opportunities.
  • Analyze process documentation, workflows, runbooks, SOPs, process mining outputs, and operational artifacts.
  • Translate business challenges into AI-enabled workflow solutions and implementation roadmaps.
  • Define success metrics and quantify business impact through ROI, productivity, risk reduction, and operational efficiency measures.
Design Agentic AI Solutions
  • Architect and deploy multi-step AI agents capable of reasoning, tool usage, and task execution.
  • Integrate LLMs with enterprise systems, APIs, and data sources through MCP (Model Context Protocol) or similar frameworks.
  • Develop reusable agent patterns, prompt architectures, orchestration workflows, and automation blueprints.
  • Enable advanced capabilities such as function calling, workflow orchestration, structured outputs, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
Lead Product Strategy and Delivery
  • Own the full product lifecycle from discovery and requirements gathering to deployment and optimization.
  • Partner with engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable, and impactful AI solutions.
  • Manage roadmaps, priorities, and execution plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Navigate ambiguity and drive decisions across multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
Build Reusable AI Capabilities
  • Develop and maintain a library of reusable agentic skills, workflows, prompts, and orchestration patterns.
  • Establish standards for governance, version control, and lifecycle management of AI assets.
  • Promote a "build once, scale everywhere" approach for enterprise AI adoption.
  • Continuously improve frameworks based on production learnings and evolving business needs.
Influence Across Functions
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business, operations, technology, risk, and compliance teams.
  • Drive alignment among cross-functional stakeholders to accelerate AI adoption.
  • Influence AI strategy and operational transformation initiatives at scale.
  • Champion responsible AI practices, governance standards, and organizational enablement.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in Strategy & Planning, Product Management, Consulting, AI Solutions, or related roles.
  • Experience leading cross-functional programs and driving large-scale business initiatives.
  • Experience deploying AI, machine learning, automation, or digital transformation solutions in enterprise environments.
  • Experience defining business requirements, managing stakeholders, and delivering measurable outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), including GPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar platforms.
  • Experience designing and deploying agentic AI systems in production environments.
  • Knowledge of prompt engineering, RAG architectures, workflow orchestration, and tool-augmented AI systems.
  • Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, and operational platforms.
  • Strong understanding of process optimization, operational excellence, BPM, or process re-engineering methodologies.
  • Experience building reusable AI frameworks, platforms, or automation capabilities.
  • Ability to develop ROI models and communicate business value to executive stakeholders.
  • Experience within banking, financial services, risk, compliance, or regulated industries.
Key Characteristics
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution skills.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Passion for applying emerging AI technologies to solve complex business problems.
Impact

In this role, you will help shape the future of enterprise AI by deploying agentic solutions that transform business operations, improve decision-making, and create scalable frameworks for long-term organizational adoption.
