About the RoleWe are seeking a highly experienced
Business Execution Consultant to partner with business and technology teams in driving enterprise Intelligent Automation and AI transformation initiatives. This role will serve as a strategic liaison between Lines of Business and engineering teams, helping translate complex business challenges into scalable automation and AI-powered solutions.
The ideal candidate combines strong business analysis expertise with a solid understanding of emerging technologies, including
Generative AI, Agentic AI, multi-agent systems, and intelligent automation platforms, while thriving in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
What You'll Do- Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to identify opportunities for automation, process optimization, and AI-driven transformation.
- Translate complex business requirements into well-defined user stories, product requirements, and solution designs that enable successful delivery.
- Lead discovery sessions with subject matter experts to analyze business processes and define scalable automation solutions.
- Manage and prioritize product backlogs, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technology roadmaps.
- Facilitate the delivery lifecycle, including requirements gathering, sprint planning, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), product demonstrations, and production deployment.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration between business, technology, risk, compliance, and operational teams.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and implementation challenges, proactively developing mitigation strategies and communicating impacts to stakeholders.
- Apply analytical thinking and design-thinking methodologies to solve complex business problems and influence strategic decisions.
- Ensure solutions comply with enterprise governance standards, system development lifecycle (SDLC) requirements, information security controls, and regulatory expectations.
- Support the evolution of automation and AI delivery methodologies, frameworks, tools, and best practices to improve speed, quality, and scalability.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to clarify requirements, align solutions with business needs, and drive successful outcomes.
Preferred QualificationsRequired- 5+ years of experience in Business Execution, Business Analysis, Strategic Planning, Process Improvement, Product Delivery, Implementation, Consulting, or a related field.
- Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, product lifecycle management, and enterprise software development practices.
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across business and technology organizations.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
AI & Technology Experience- Strong understanding of:
- Artificial Intelligence (AI)
- Generative AI (GenAI)
- Agentic AI
- Multi-agent systems
- AI orchestration platforms
- Experience translating business needs into technical requirements for AI-driven solutions.
- Experience collaborating with engineering teams to design and implement AI-enabled workflows using platforms such as:
- LangChain
- LangGraph
- Google Agent Space
- Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Similar enterprise AI platforms
- Familiarity with GenAI ecosystems and models, including:
- OpenAI
- Azure OpenAI
- BloombergGPT
- Other enterprise AI solutions
Preferred- Experience delivering AI/ML solutions within highly regulated industries such as financial services.
- Knowledge of risk management, compliance, governance, and information security requirements.
- Experience supporting intelligent automation, robotic process automation (RPA), or enterprise workflow transformation initiatives.
