Role Overview
This role is responsible for establishing and managing projects to deliver desired business outcomes. The Scrum Master will lead a variety of projects, including large-scale application development, systems integration, and process reengineering. This position is responsible for the end-to-end technology delivery of assigned projects and serves as the primary point of escalation for technology issues, driving overall execution and managing stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects utilizing various methodologies including Agile and Scrum.
- Manage multiple projects, potentially with end-to-end responsibility for the work effort.
- Partner with Line of Business Change Management teams to provide updates on technology deliverables.
- Plan, organize, monitor, and control projects using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Develop and socialize potential risk mitigation strategies.
- Communicate effectively with managers, peers, and business partners on deliverables and timelines.
- Guide projects through all phases, ensuring standards and processes are followed.
- Identify, assign, track, escalate, and resolve issues.
- Schedule and facilitate regular project meetings, including formulating agendas and documenting minutes and action items.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 7+ years of end-to-end project management experience.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira and Bitbucket, as well as Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Certifications: An Agile Certification is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree.
- PMP Certification.
- Familiarity with SAFe methodology.
- Experience working in the financial industry.
Compensation & Benefits
Pay Rate Range: $68.00/hr - $73.94/hr.
