Position DescriptionEmployees in this role are responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications and products to meet customer needs. They participate in the full software development lifecycle, including architecture design, coding, testing, and deployment. Full-stack responsibilities may include both front-end and back-end development.
Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with customers to understand use cases, pain points, and requirements, and advocate for user-centric solutions. Design, develop, and deliver software using various tools, languages, frameworks, and agile methodologies. Evaluate requirements and determine appropriate technology stack, integration methods, and deployment strategies. Design high-level software architecture, including system components and interfaces. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners, designers, and architects. Define and implement testing strategies, guidelines, and quality processes. Improve performance and optimize applications while introducing new technologies. Apply modern engineering practices such as TDD, CI/CD, and DevOps principles. Support security practices including encryption and data protection. Develop user-friendly interfaces and front-end components. Build and maintain back-end services such as APIs and microservices. Evaluate emerging technologies and contribute to platform modernization initiatives. Primary Skills Required- SAP S/4HANA

Preferred Experience- Automotive / Manufacturing industry experience

- Knowledge of Ariba sourcing
- ABAP familiarity
Education RequiredPreferred Education- Relevant certification program
Additional Information- Requirements gathering, business analysis, fit-gap analysis, system testing, documentation (FDD/TDD), and end-user training
- Review and analyze Ford business processes
- Collaborate with business, IT, and implementation partners for ERP scope definition
- Perform gap analysis and design "as-is" and "to-be" solutions
- Analyze integration requirements with legacy and non-SAP systems
- Create use cases, user stories, and requirement artifacts
- Provide functional specifications and work with software engineers (ABAP, PCF, Fiori)
- Support functional, integration, security, and UAT testing
- Provide SME support for source-to-pay processes in global automotive environments
- Support cutover, data profiling, extraction, and cleansing activities
- Ability to perform configuration and production support
