Role Overview
We are seeking an SAP Vistex Consultant to support and upgrade an SAP S/4HANA 1909 system. This role involves leading the implementation and configuration of Vistex modules to optimize sales rebates, chargebacks, and incentives. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience with SAP Vistex.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the SAP Vistex architecture for a merger project, combining requirements into a new SAP S/4HANA 1909 system.
- Conduct business workshops with users and stakeholders to gather requirements for SAP Vistex.
- Perform FIT-GAP analysis to determine if solutions are standard SAP or require custom enhancements.
- Create Business Process Design (BPD) documents, Business Process Flow Diagrams, and Functional Specification (FS) documents for SAP Vistex functionalities.
- Configure SAP S/4HANA VISTEX (V4CORE 22.0) modules for customer sales rebates, incentives, and billbacks.
- Develop custom solutions for agreement enhancements, calculations, and calculation run postings.
- Work on interfacing data to and from SAP, including integrating sales volumes and pricing data from external systems.
- Develop custom Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) related reports, such as buyout reports and settlement reconciliation reports.
- Convert data from legacy systems to the new SAP S/4HANA system.
- Address day-to-day issues and enhancements to support business operations.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of five years of experience using SAP Vistex.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA 1909 and VISTEX (V4CORE 22.0).
- A strong understanding of sales rebates, chargebacks, and incentives functionalities.
- Proven ability to lead projects and conduct FIT-GAP analysis.
- Documentation skills for creating BPD, FS, and other technical documents.
- Experience with onshore-offshore delivery models.
- Ability to develop custom solutions and enhancements.
- Strong communication skills to interact with business users and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of interfacing and data conversion processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Familiarity with Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) compliance and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
