Job Description: 
We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead and execute accessibility-focused technical programs within large-scale operational environments. This role requires a strong blend of technical program management, data engineering exposure, stakeholder coordination, and customer-centric delivery.

The TPM will define technical requirements, drive solution execution, ensure compliance with accessibility and industry standards, and collaborate across internal and external teams to deliver high-impact programs on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and document technical requirements for accessibility solutions in production and operational environments

• Drive execution of accessibility initiatives using appropriate technologies, standards, and processes

• Partner with Project Managers to identify requirements at each project phase and ensure timely delivery

• Ensure adherence to global best practices for technical accessibility consultations and audits

• Establish technical authority and coordination across operational technology teams

• Build strong collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners

• Develop tracking systems to monitor jobs across multiple technical projects and provide actionable insights

• Create and manage monitoring programs to track customer and operational metrics

• Analyze trends in emerging technologies, compliance standards, and industry best practices

• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to cross-functional teams and senior leadership

• Identify and pilot new program development opportunities through deployment

Required Qualifications:

• 3 5+ years of experience in Program Management / Technical Program Management

• Strong ability to translate customer needs into technical and product requirements

• Customer-first mindset with a focus on usability, accessibility, and business impact

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

• Solid understanding of business administration and management principles

• Experience working in enterprise-scale operational or production environments
