Job DescriptionYou will be the Program Office Data Analyst - Level 4 for the Development Program Management Office (PMO) Business Integration team which is responsible for building and sustaining the Program Office performance dashboard that transforms raw data into actionable insight.
What You Will Be DoingAs the Program Office Data Analyst - Level 4 you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining an enterprise-wide performance dashboard while empowering the Development PMO to make data-driven decisions.
Your responsibilities will include:- Design, develop, and maintain the Program Office performance dashboard, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and ease of use for stakeholders.
- Aggregate and analyze data from project-management tools, financial systems, and operational databases to generate actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key metrics, establish data-collection processes, and deliver clear reporting solutions.
- Identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities, presenting findings in concise visualizations and executive briefings.
- Provide training and ongoing support to Development PMO members on dashboard functionality and data-tool best practices.

Further Information About This Opportunity The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.
Basic Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Demonstrated expertise in data analytics, dashboard development, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, QlikView) with a strong portfolio showcasing past projects
- Active Secret Clearance
Desired skills- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other programming languages for data manipulation and analysis.
- Program or Project Management Experience
- Earned Value Experience
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.

Work Schedule InformationLockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
National Pay StatementPay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $104,500 - $184,115. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
