Job Description:

Associate should be able to Design, Build on SAP APM/APMe (Agent Performance Management) tool independently

Should be able to gather and elucidate requirements, analyse those and share with offshore for implementation

Should be able to write/update code in Groovy script

Should be able to write/update SQL queries

Should be able to work on Jasper Reports, knowledge of SAP Agent Connection will be good

Should be well conversant with the integration touchpoints of the APM/APMe application

Should be able to address any issues / defects and should be able to guide and mentor the team for quick resolution

Review large volumes of data and ability to research and review results

Ability to write technical documentation based on functional requirements

Interact with non-technical users and work with other system leads to work in a collaborative environment

Need to work closely with the customer and respond to their ad hoc queries on a demand basis
