Job Overview

TechAGI Solutions is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead Customer Experience (CX), CRM, and self-service portal initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder management, budget oversight, risk management, and coordination of onshore and offshore teams.

This is an onsite opportunity in Richardson, Texas. Candidates must be available to work from the project location.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead CX, CRM, and self-service portal implementation projects from initiation through delivery.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, milestones, and resource requirements.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and senior leadership.
• Manage onshore and offshore delivery teams across multiple workstreams.
• Conduct project meetings and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
• Apply Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies based on project needs.
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and other project ceremonies.
• Track project performance using appropriate metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Support testing, deployment, go-live activities, and post-implementation stabilization.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall IT experience.
• At least 7 years of IT project management experience.
• Proven experience delivering CX, CRM, customer portal, or self-service portal implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience managing project budgets, timelines, resources, risks, and dependencies.
• Experience leading cross-functional onshore and offshore teams.
• Strong stakeholder, vendor, and executive-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work onsite in Richardson, Texas.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI-ACP, or similar Agile certification.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, ServiceNow, or similar project-management tools.
