Salary Range: $112,000 - $161,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering their professional growth and development.
• Oversee the design, development, and improvement of manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and product launches.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Manage departmental budgets, resources, and project timelines to meet organizational objectives.
• Establish and maintain strong safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of experience in engineering within a manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Proven experience in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) and their application in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of production systems, quality control, and safety regulations in a manufacturing setting.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with lean manufacturing principles
• Strong understanding of Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g., IoT, AI, automation)
• PMP or other project management certification
• Familiarity with Six Sigma methodologies
