Salary Range: $82,000 - $122,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement predictive maintenance strategies.
  • Analyze equipment failures and develop root cause analysis (RCA) solutions.
  • Optimize maintenance procedures and schedules to improve asset uptime.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate reliability best practices into new designs.
  • Conduct criticality assessments and develop asset management plans.
  • Track and report on key reliability metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide technical expertise and training on reliability tools and methodologies.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or equivalent).
  • 3+ years experience in a manufacturing environment, focusing on reliability engineering principles.
  • Proven experience with Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
  • Strong understanding of predictive and preventive maintenance techniques (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis).
  • Proficiency in data analysis and statistical methods for reliability improvement.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with Six Sigma or Lean manufacturing methodologies.
  • Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) certification.
  • Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, R) for data analysis and automation.
  • Familiarity with advanced analytics and machine learning for predictive maintenance.
  • Strong understanding of Industry 4.0 concepts and their application in manufacturing.
