The OpportunityWe are collaborating with multiple companies in Manistee seeking experienced Reliability Engineers. Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement predictive maintenance strategies.
- Analyze equipment failures and develop root cause analysis (RCA) solutions.
- Optimize preventive maintenance (PM) programs and schedules.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives for asset reliability.
- Manage and track key reliability metrics (e.g., MTBF, MTTR, OEE).
- Provide technical support and training on reliability best practices.
- Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams on new equipment specifications.
Recommended Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of experience in reliability engineering, maintenance, or a related role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of reliability tools and methodologies (e.g., FMEA, RCM, RCA, Weibull analysis).
- Proficiency with CMMS/EAM systems and data analysis software.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets and identify trends to improve asset performance.
Bonus Qualifications- Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) certification.
- Experience with predictive maintenance technologies (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis).
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., Minitab, R, Python) for reliability modeling and root cause analysis.
- Demonstrated experience in leading or facilitating cross-functional teams for continuous improvement initiatives.
- Familiarity with enterprise asset management (EAM) or computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
