We are seeking an experienced Senior Broadcom GEN Applications Developer and Enterprise Data Modeler. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with Broadcom GEN development, enterprise data modeling, and reporting tools, and will work collaboratively with GEN developers, business analysts, DBAs, and modernization teams to support and enhance actuarial, rating, and payment-related components.

This is a senior-level role requiring the ability to work independently in a mission-critical environment, perform complex system analysis, and deliver reliable solutions across both batch and online processing systems.

<>Key Responsibilities

• Perform business process analysis and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Design and develop Broadcom GEN models, action diagrams, and server procedures.
• Develop and support GEN-based applications across batch and online components.
• Collaborate with business analysts, DBAs, and development teams to implement scalable solutions.
• Support and maintain reporting tools such as Reports Composer, SOA Composer, and Crystal Reports.
• Contribute to system modernization initiatives involving Windows, Oracle, and distributed batch processing environments.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical and production issues in mission-critical applications.
• Participate in requirements analysis and validation of IT solutions aligned with business rules and actuarial/payment logic.
• Collaborate with data analysts and business stakeholders to design and refine highly normalized data models.
• Support batch scheduling, operational processes, and automation efforts.
• Ensure adherence to quality assurance principles and best practices for GEN-based systems.
• Provide technical documentation and analysis of business requirements for implementation within GEN environments.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in GEN Development / Application Expertise.
• 10+ years of experience in Database and Data Modeling.
• Strong knowledge of Mainframe and Distributed Platforms.
• Experience with SAS and reporting tools.
• Strong experience in Scripting and Automation.
• Experience with Batch Scheduling and Operations.
• Demonstrated analytical and leadership capabilities at a senior technical level.
• Proven ability to work independently in complex enterprise environments.
