Description
We are looking for a skilled Software Developer to join our team in Lewis Center, Ohio. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in C# and the .NET framework to design, develop, and maintain both new and existing applications. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with stakeholders and team members to deliver scalable and reliable solutions.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain applications using C# and the .NET framework to meet business needs.
Design and implement scalable software solutions based on stakeholder requirements.
Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing systems to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with team members to plan and prioritize development tasks effectively.
Identify technical challenges and propose solutions to address them.
Provide ongoing support for applications, resolving issues as they arise.
Communicate progress and updates to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
Participate in team meetings, technical discussions, and development activities.
Ensure code quality by adhering to established standards and practices.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent detail-oriented experience.
Proficiency in C# and the .NET framework, with hands-on experience in application development.
Familiarity with web services, APIs, and modern software development practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex technical issues.
Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team environment.
Self-motivated and capable of managing tasks independently.
Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
