Role Overview: We are seeking a highly capable Senior Project Manager to lead complex, enterprise-level initiatives within a fast-paced IT environment. This role offers strong visibility and impact, partnering across business and technology teams to drive programs from concept through delivery. The ideal candidate brings a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex projects across cross-functional teams
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Drive execution by coordinating stakeholders and ensuring accountability
- Identify, communicate, and mitigate risks and dependencies
- Oversee project performance to ensure delivery on time, within scope, and budget
- Lead Agile delivery efforts including sprint planning and cross-team alignment
- Partner with business and technical teams to ensure alignment to strategic goals
Qualifications:- Proven experience managing complex enterprise-level projects from initiation to delivery
- Strong background in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Experience leading Agile teams and facilitating core ceremonies
- PMP and/or Scrum Master certification preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work within large enterprise environments ($500M+ organizations)
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to think strategically while executing tactically
Compensation and Benefits: The pay rate for this position is between $60.00 and $72.00 per hour. Please note that the final rate may be contingent on experience and other factors.
