Position Summary

Seeking an experienced Production Support Analyst to provide L2/L3 support for Eagle STAR and Eagle PACE applications within an Asset/Investment Management environment. This role is focused on production support, incident resolution, data troubleshooting, root cause analysis, release support, and Eagle STAR/PACE development activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor, analyze, and resolve production incidents within SLA.
  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and troubleshoot recurring issues.
  • Provide functional and technical support for Eagle STAR and Eagle PACE applications.
  • Support batch processing, job monitoring, and data validation activities.
  • Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and business teams on issue resolution.
  • Support production releases and post-deployment validation.
  • Maintain documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles.
  • Participate in Eagle STAR/PACE enhancement and development activities.

Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years of IT experience.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with Eagle STAR and Eagle PACE.
  • Strong experience with:
    • Eagle STAR (Performance & Reporting)
    • Eagle PACE (Security Master, Pricing, Transactions, Ratings, Data Workflows)
    • Oracle SQL / PL-SQL
    • Eagle Data Model
  • Experience with job scheduling tools such as Control-M or Autosys.
  • Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ticketing tools.
  • Experience in L2/L3 Production Support environments.

Domain Knowledge

  • Investment Management / Asset Management industry experience.
  • Understanding of:
    • Security Reference Data
    • Pricing & Corporate Actions
    • Portfolio Positions & Transactions
    • Performance Measurement (TWR preferred)

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with FactSet or similar performance platforms.
  • Exposure to Eagle Accounting.
  • Experience in Performance Attribution environments.
