RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an Internal Communications Manager in Saint Louis, MO.

Responsibilities:
* Draft and edit internal communications including leadership notes, talking points, newsletters, intranet posts, and scripts
* Use key metrics and business results along with your experience and instincts to execute a variety of internal communications on a daily basis
* Partner closely with the full communications team to ensure our company strategy and narrative is understood and amplified across the company
* Support key company -moments- including virtual and in person Town Hall meetings, U.S. leadership meetings, company announcements, etc.
* Work with all functions across the organization to support and advise on best practices while helping share their important initiatives, updates and changes to the organization
* Develop cohesive communications suites of materials with a clear understanding of their connection to larger company goals and strategies, finding ways to connect and elevate messaging
* Regularly post content across all internal communications platforms including intranet, social advocacy, email, digital signage, mobile applications, etc.
* Design and populate email templates aligned with brand standards, with the goal of elevating user experience to continuously raise the bar in engagement
* Manage and optimize a rolling 12-month calendar with priorities across all business functions and needs
* Update quarterly KPI dashboards, monitoring colleague engagement through all internal channels; refining strategy accordingly

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism or related field
* Minimum 5 years of experience in internal or corporate communications or related field
* Strong written, verbal and visual communications skills
* Consumer packaged goods experience (in-house or agency) preferred
* Ability to manage multiple assignments, requests and deadlines while staying cool under pressure and maintaining a positive attitude
* Creative, resourceful and self-motivated with passion for solving problems
* Comfortable working closely with senior executives with poise and professionalism
* Energetic, positive and optimistic approach to work
* Commitment to integrity and professionalism
* Understand how to get things done in a large, matrixed organization
* Be passionate about our work as communicators
* Move quickly and feel comfortable leading significant announcements/projects within a large but fairly flat organization
* Be able to move quickly to respond to day-to-day business needs

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
