Summary

Required Qualifications

12+ years of progressive program management experience leading large-scale strategic initiatives.
5+ years of direct experience managing M&A integrations, business divestitures, carve-outs, or corporate transactions.
Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional programs in fast-paced environments.
Experience establishing and managing Integration Management Offices (IMO) and/or Separation Management Offices (SMO).
Strong knowledge of transaction lifecycles, Day 1 readiness planning, TSA management, and value capture methodologies.
Exceptional executive communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
Experience presenting to C-level executives and Board-level stakeholders.
Advanced project and program management expertise, including governance, risk management, and portfolio planning.

Preferred Qualifications

MBA or advanced business degree.
PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, Prosci, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent certifications.
Experience within Fortune 500 companies, consulting firms, private equity environments, or corporate development organizations.
