Senior Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Souderton, PA.

Key Tasks:
* Lead end-to-end delivery of projects from planning through execution and post-implementation review
* Manage cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project outcomes
* Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk assessments
* Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with organizational goals and priorities
* Facilitate stakeholder communication, including status updates and reporting
* Identify process improvements and drive efficiencies in project execution
* Manage vendor relationships and oversee third-party deliverables as needed

REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years of project management experience in a complex or enterprise environment
* Proven experience leading cross-functional projects and delivering results on time and within scope
* Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
* Experience working with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, SharePoint, or similar)
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
* Project management certification (e.g., PMP) preferred
* Experience working with regulated environments or compliance-related projects preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
