Change Delivery Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Change Delivery Project Manager in East Hanover, NJ.

Key Tasks:
* Management of change projects within the organization, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and to the required quality standards
* Development and management of project plans that outline the scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements for change projects
* Communication with stakeholders, including senior management, project teams, and external partners, to ensure that they are informed about project progress and that their needs and expectations are being met
* Management of project teams, ensuring that they are properly resourced and that they have the necessary skills and expertise to deliver on project objectives
* Management of project budgets, ensuring that projects are delivered within the agreed budget
* Creation of reports on project progress to ensure that proposed solutions are delivered on time and within budget
* Management of project risks, ensuring that risk, assumptions, issues and dependencies are identified, assessed, and mitigated as necessary
* Facilitation of change management activities, including training and communication, to ensure that change projects are successfully implemented and embedded in the organization

Analyst Expectations:
* To meet the needs of stakeholders/customers through transactional processing and customer service
* Perform routine and specific tasks as assigned, focusing on quality execution
* No people leadership roles at this grade
* Execute work requirements as identified in processes and procedures, identify escalation of policy breaches as required
* Take ownership for managing risk and strengthening controls in relation to the work you own or contribute to
* Deliver your work and areas of responsibility in line with relevant rules, regulation and codes of conduct

REQUIREMENTS:
* To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
* Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
