Production Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client, an international streaming team in Midtown New York, is seeking a Creative Production Project Manager. This role is 5 days onsite, working either 9:00 AM-6:00 PM or 10:00 AM-7:00 PM.

Responsibilities:
* Manage global creative production projects end-to-end (planning through wrap-up)
* Define timelines, resources, labor hours, and external costs
* Oversee project documentation including briefs, plans, status reports, and retrospectives
* Track progress, communicate milestones, and proactively resolve risks or roadblocks
* Partner with Marketing Managers to align on performance metrics and apply insights
* Review project briefs and plans to ensure alignment with scope, budget, and deliverables
* Escalate risks appropriately to leadership
* Manage vendor onboarding, paperwork (NDAs, SOWs), and invoicing

REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years of creative project management experience across media/entertainment (video, digital, print/OOH, email, web)
* Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication with high attention to detail
* Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities
* Strategic thinker with strong execution skills
* Experience in a creative project or production environment
* Proficiency with Airtable (tables, syncs, automations, interfaces)
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment
* Creative problem solver with a passion for marketing
* Working knowledge of Adobe Suite

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
