Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Network Engineer to support a dynamic engineering project environment. This onsite role requires strong hands-on troubleshooting skills, deep knowledge of routing and switching, and the ability to work across a multi-vendor infrastructure. You will play a key role in maintaining network reliability, optimizing performance, and supporting ongoing infrastructure initiatives. Experience with Aruba and Cisco switching platforms, as well as Aruba Central and SolarWinds, is essential.
Key Responsibilities

• Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support in an onsite NOC environment.
• Configure, manage, and maintain Aruba and Cisco switches.
• Use Aruba Central for network visibility, configuration management, and performance monitoring.
• Monitor network health and performance using SolarWinds and other diagnostic tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents and implement network improvements.
• Maintain accurate network documentation, asset inventories, and cabling standards.
• Support network upgrades, migrations, and other infrastructure-related projects.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in network engineering within an enterprise or similar environment.
• Strong understanding of routing and switching protocols and configurations.
• Hands-on experience with Aruba and Cisco switching technologies.
• Proficiency with Aruba Central and SolarWinds.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong communication and documentation abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant certifications such as CCNP or Aruba Certified Switching Professional.
• Experience with network automation or scripting (e.g., Python, Ansible).
• Familiarity with wireless networking concepts and security protocols.
