Job Description:

Pay Range: $45.72hr - $51.72hr

• We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reporting Specialist with a focus on ESG accounting and statutory reporting.
• The role is responsible for ensuring accurate measurement, reporting, and analysis of ESG data for internal and external stakeholders.
• The candidate will support compliance with regulatory requirements and contribute to sustainability and financial reporting processes.

Requirement/Must Have:

• Strong understanding of accounting principles.
• Familiarity with sustainability reporting frameworks.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.

Experience:

• Relevant experience in accounting, auditing, financial analysis, or sustainability reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teams to collect and manage ESG and emissions data.
• Coordinate with external auditors and ensure timely reporting.
• Support preparation of ESG reports and regulatory filings.
• Ensure accuracy of ESG data in internal systems.
• Improve data collection and reporting processes.
• Lead statutory reporting activities and support process improvements.
• Review financial statements, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address audit and compliance requirements.
• Monitor compliance with sustainability reporting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Support internal reviews and gap analysis of ESG disclosures.
• Assist in drafting disclosures and maintaining reporting documentation.

Should Have:

• Experience with sustainability reporting tools or large datasets.
• Professional certification in accounting or sustainability-related fields.
• Experience with reporting platforms.

Skills:

• Data analysis and reporting.
• Microsoft Excel proficiency including advanced functions.
• Knowledge of ESG and sustainability frameworks.

Qualification And Education:

• Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, Environmental Science, or a related field.
