Job#: 3032851 Job Description: Enterprise Platform Governance LeadFirst Line Ownership for Analytics, Automation & Low-Code PlatformsJersey City, NJ - 3 days/week on-site12-18 Month Contract - W2 OnlyBanking IndustryW2 $65-73/hrRole SummaryThe Enterprise Architecture Platform Governance Lead - End User (EUC), Analytics & Low-Code Platforms is a senior individual contributor responsible for first line ownership and execution of governance for a portfolio of business-facing technology platforms. The role ensures platforms are designed, operated, and consumed in a manner that is secure, resilient, compliant, and aligned with bank and FFIEC requirements / expectations.
The governed platform portfolio includes BI and reporting tools (Tableau, MicroStrategy), analytics platforms (Teradata, SAS Grid), collaboration platforms (SharePoint), data science platforms, automation and robotics (UiPath), and low-code/no-code platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform.
Key Accountabilities- Own and execute 1st line governance for EUC, analytics, automation, and low-code platforms
- Translate regulatory expectations into practical architecture and control standards
- Enable business agility while enforcing strong risk and control discipline
- Communication and liaison with 2nd line and Line of business developers and executives
Primary ResponsibilitiesPlatform Governance Ownership:
- Define, implement, and operate governance frameworks for covered platforms
- Own Platform owner requirements, governance routines, procedures and controls
- Serve as design authority for onboarding, major changes, and exceptions
LOB & End-User Engagement:
- Act as governance interface for LOB analysts, developers, and users
- Guide approved usage patterns and safe platform consumption
- Advise on / establish controls to prevent unmanaged EUC, low-code sprawl, and shadow IT
Qualifications- 8+ years experience in enterprise architecture, governance, or platform management
- Strong background in regulated financial services environments
- Experience governing analytics, automation, and low-code platforms
- Ability to influence across technology and business teams
Preferred Experience- 1st line control ownership experience
- Audit interaction experience
- Experience with modern Software Development practices (Test Driven Development, Continuous Integration and Deployment)
- Agile team / project management
