Role Overview
This role focuses on program financials and supports technology leadership in program-wide activities. The Program Manager will coordinate and facilitate routines to ensure successful technology delivery, manage dependencies across multiple teams, and ensure execution aligns with all requirements. This position involves managing complex projects in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and facilitate routines to support technology delivery, such as kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates.
- Plan and coordinate delivery and dependencies across multiple teams.
- Facilitate dependency management, risk management, and impediment removal for defined deliverables.
- Promote and facilitate communication and collaboration across organizations to support deliverable completion.
- Gather and facilitate status updates for stakeholders and leadership regarding delivery, risks, issues, and schedule.
- Ensure execution is aligned with deliverable requirements by working with the sponsor and stakeholders.
- Track success metrics and review performance with stakeholders and leadership.
- Ensure deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards.
- Support resource planning and forecasting for delivery and execution.
Required Qualifications
Experience:- Proven ability to manage complex projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience in project management, change management, PMO, or a similar field.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable reports and communicate technical concepts to non-technical clients.
- Self-motivation, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities without sacrificing quality.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and facilitation skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge or experience with large-scale ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems.
Compensation & Benefits
The pay rate for this position is between $60.00 and $65.15 per hour.
