Role Overview
This role combines Agile team facilitation with strong delivery governance, execution tracking, and cross-functional coordination. The individual will enable Agile teams while also providing structured oversight, reporting, and alignment across broader program objectives within a regulated financial services environment. This is an opportunity to lead high-impact initiatives at scale, working alongside senior leaders and subject matter experts across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
- Track sprint and program-level progress against defined milestones and deliverables.
- Maintain centralized reporting and dashboards for status, risks, dependencies, and KPIs.
- Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve impediments and delivery risks.
- Ensure accurate and timely communication of progress to senior stakeholders.
- Manage cross-team dependencies and integration points in complex environments.
- Support capacity planning, resource alignment, and delivery forecasting.
- Uphold governance standards, including documentation, audit readiness, and compliance adherence.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across delivery processes and tooling.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in Agile delivery, Scrum Master, or structured execution roles.
- Strong proficiency with Agile frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Experience with delivery tracking, reporting, and governance frameworks.
- Advanced use of Jira, Confluence, and reporting or dashboard tools.
- Demonstrated experience managing risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.
- Experience supporting financial tracking, budgeting awareness, or resource planning.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and enterprise technology delivery.
- Familiarity with regulatory expectations in financial services.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in large-scale financial institutions or highly regulated industries.
- SAFe or Scrum Master certifications (CSM, PSM).
- Exposure to portfolio governance, reporting cadences, and executive dashboards.
- Familiarity with financial tracking, forecasting, and cost oversight.
- Experience working in multi-team or program-level delivery environments.
- Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and modern engineering practices.
- Experience coordinating global or distributed teams.
