Senior Business Analyst IRIS & SQL Analytics - 68601
We have an immediate need for a Senior Business Analyst for an onsite opportunity in Richardson, TX 75082. This is a long-term contract role supporting enterprise insurance technology initiatives for a leading Property and Casualty insurance environment. The selected candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and product owners to support data-driven transformation projects and business process enhancements within insurance operations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating stakeholder needs into functional and technical specifications, and supporting implementation activities across Property and Casualty insurance systems. The role involves working extensively with IRIS platforms, SQL-based data analysis, and Snowflake environments to support reporting, analytics, and business process optimization initiatives. Candidates will collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments, participate in requirement workshops, create detailed documentation, support testing activities, and ensure successful delivery of insurance technology solutions. Strong understanding of insurance workflows, data management, and business analysis methodologies is essential for success in this role.
Required skill sets include strong expertise in Property and Casualty Insurance, IRIS systems, SQL, and Snowflake along with hands-on experience in business analysis and enterprise data-driven projects. Candidates should possess strong analytical thinking, stakeholder communication, requirement gathering, and documentation skills. Experience working within Agile environments and using tools such as JIRA will be an added advantage. Ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical teams while supporting end-to-end project delivery is highly preferred.
