Technical Business Analyst – Key Responsibilities:
Perform business analysis for planning and requirement gathering phases of the project.
Facilitate stakeholder meetings to elicit As-Is processes, requirements, and business needs.
Analyze and reengineer business processes aligned with system objectives.
Translate requirements into process flows, service blueprints, features, and user stories.
Document and manage requirements using Azure DevOps (ADO).
Conduct gap analysis and feasibility studies to identify system improvements.
Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement solutions.
Develop and execute test scenarios, scripts, and validation plans (SIT/UAT).
Support key project phases including UAT, SIT, Go-Live, and Hypercare.
Define and track KPIs, business rules, and data visualization needs.
Work across functional areas including financials, billing, payments, and reconciliation.
Support systems like CRM (Microsoft CE), ERP (SAP S/4 HANA), and data migration (ETL).
Maintain comprehensive documentation and ensure compliance with PMO standards.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders, business users, and vendors.
Apply Agile/SDLC methodologies with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Core Requirements:
Minimum 10+ years as a Business/Technical Analyst
Experience in Agile & SDLC environments
Strong skills in SQL, Excel, ADO, and data analysis/visualization
Experience with financial systems, CRM, ERP, or data migration
Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Business, or related field
