Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Support Lead to provide critical technical support for regional sites. This role balances hands-on hardware troubleshooting with network infrastructure maintenance to ensure peak operational standards.

Quick Details

Location: Cedar Rapids, IA (Local candidates only no relocation)
Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite
Interview Process: Web Cam or In-Person (Interviews scheduled for April 14th & 15th)
Travel: 25% 30% regional travel within the CRSA region (State vehicle provided; must have a clean driving record).

Key Responsibilities

Regional Support: Provide daily on-site technical assistance and act as the primary IT liaison for local business units.
Endpoint Management: Manage and patch computer hardware, peripherals, and specialized equipment using tools like SCCM, Zoho Endpoint Central, and PowerShell.
Network Infrastructure: Install and configure physical networking equipment (Cisco & Meraki) and monitor communication circuits.
Automation: Develop and modify scripts to improve site-specific efficiency and workflow.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive inventory and technical guides within an ITSM system (Service Desk Plus).

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Literacy: 5+ years of experience with ITSM systems, automation scripting, and network hardware.
Hardware Expertise: 2+ years managing, patching, and maintaining endpoints (PCs, printers, scanners, firmware).
Network Admin: 2+ years of hands-on installation of physical network gear and WAN monitoring.
Diagnostics: Proven expertise in troubleshooting integrated IT systems and complex technical issues.
Compliance: Ability to pass a comprehensive background check, including fingerprinting.
