Lead Project Manager (Enterprise Agile & AI Delivery)
About the Job

We'reseeking a highly experienced Lead Project Manager to provide strategic leadership across complex enterprise programs and portfolios. This role will drive Agile delivery at scale, champion AI-first project management practices, and establish the vision for Agile and agentic AI adoption across the IT Project Management organization.

The ideal candidate will partner with executive leadership, enterprise architecture, data, and AI governance teams to align technology investments with business strategy while advancing enterprise-wide delivery maturity.

Location: Bridgeton, MO (Hybrid - Tuesday & Wednesday onsite required)

Responsibilities
  • Define and execute enterprise portfolio strategy, investment themes, and value delivery roadmaps.
  • Lead portfolio governance, Agile program delivery, and value realization initiatives.
  • Develop executive communication frameworks and AI-powered portfolio dashboards.
  • Present portfolio health, risks, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and board stakeholders.
  • Drive measurable business outcomes through Agile delivery practices and AI-enabled resource planning.
  • Manage strategic vendor relationships and AI-ready delivery partnerships.
  • Lead enterprise resource and capacity planning across multiple Agile initiatives.
  • Govern cross-portfolio dependencies and risk mitigation using AI-driven insights.
  • Facilitate PI Planning, Portfolio Kanban, and strategic milestone tracking.
  • Establish portfolio KPIs, OKRs, value stream metrics, and predictive delivery analytics.
  • Lead enterprise risk governance and AI-based scenario planning.
  • Develop Agile governance standards, delivery playbooks, and PM Centers of Excellence.
  • Mentor and coach project managers on Agile leadership, AI adoption, and enterprise delivery practices.
  • Partner with business executives on digital transformation initiatives and operational optimization.
  • Manage complex, multi-vendor enterprise programs spanning requirements, development, and QA workstreams.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, MIS, or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of progressive Project Management experience.
  • 5+ years leading large-scale enterprise Agile programs.
  • PMP certification required.
  • SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) or SAFe Fellow certification required.
  • Strong expertise in Agile at Scale (SAFe, LeSS, Disciplined Agile).
  • Experience managing enterprise portfolios and strategic technology investments.
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps or comparable enterprise Agile platforms.
  • Experience with AI-enabled delivery tools, predictive analytics, and project portfolio management solutions.
  • Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and complex enterprise initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
  • AI certifications or formal AI governance experience.
  • Lean Portfolio Management certification.
  • Experience leading enterprise Agile transformations.
  • Expertise in agentic AI, AI governance, prompt engineering, and AI-first operating models.
  • Experience establishing Agile Centers of Excellence.
  • Deep knowledge of cloud platforms, enterprise architecture, digital transformation, and data strategy.
  • Experience presenting to executive committees and board-level stakeholders.
  • Strong background in portfolio financial management and value stream optimization.
